Harley has been carving for over 30 years and teaching the art of woodcarving around the country for the last 10 years. He was inducted into the CCA in 1991. Harley specializes in human, free standing, deep relief, using 1" and 2" thick boards and making the carving appear as if it is in the round. He likes to describe them as semi-realistic with alot of character. He currently resides in Blue Earth, Mn. with his wife Midge who is also an avid woodcarver.
